From the beginning, BBG has been recruiting young and skillfull in technical operational, energy, engineering, management, and finance to occupy various strategic positions within th corporation.

Today, BBG has almost 200 employees possessing graduate and undergraduate degrees from reputable universities in Indonesia and overseas.

In order to provide a safe working environment, BBG has formed and founded the employee Welfare and Safety Committee (p2k3; Panitia Pembina Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja).
